The retreat is centred around wellness, nutrition, outdoor movement and time in nature.

Each day is designed to offer a balance of structured sessions and downtime — giving you space to move, reset and switch off without it feeling overwhelming.

Open to all fitness levels.

Whether you train regularly or are returning to movement, including during recovery, there will always be options so you can take everything at your own pace.
