Vikki Josephs

Co-Managing Director, LME Worldwide

Vikki Josephs is a seasoned music executive with extensive experience across the industry, having worked at Universal Records and Sony Music before joining LME Worldwide in 2011. At LME, she co-manages a roster of high-profile artists while also serving as Co-Managing Director, overseeing the growth and strategic direction of the company.

Running a busy schedule and balancing life as a mother, Vikki has long recognised that fitness and wellness are not just hobbies — they are necessities. Early in her career, an obsession with over-exercising and strict dieting led to a cycle of deprivation and self-criticism. Struggling with bulimia, she often felt compelled to hide these challenges, fearing judgement or appearing incapable.

Through years of therapy, self-reflection, and conscious lifestyle changes, Vikki discovered that balance is key. Today, she champions a holistic approach to wellness — combining fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-compassion — both in her own life and through her work with Unplugged Retreats, helping others to prioritise health, resilience, and long-term wellbeing without extremes.

“Im far from perfect but thats a good thing. Through hard work, and learning how to use certain tools to overcome challenging situations I am excited to watch a world unfold where there is more balance. It’s not easy to find, but when you have it, it’s liberating. In a busy world, juggling chaotic schedules and being at everyone’s beck and call can be overwhelming. Unplugged is an opportunity for everyone, because we all deserve to sometimes put ourselves first, guilt free not just for us, but for everyone else around us.'

Gemma Isaacs

Gemma Isaacs is a Level 4 Personal Trainer and burnout specialist who leads Unplugged’s retreats and physical fitness programming. With over 15 years’ experience coaching elite performers and high pressure leaders, she designs clear, data led programmes and works closely with clinicians to ensure training is focused, safe and effective.

Before dedicating her career to health and wellbeing, Gemma spent more than a decade running multi million pound agencies, a demanding environment that gave her first hand experience of corporate pressure and the realities of burnout. In 2018, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, an experience that completely transformed her perspective on success, strength and self care.

Rebuilding herself after treatment became a journey of rediscovery: learning to listen to her body, to rest as much as to move, and to prioritise health and healing above all else. That lived experience now sits at the core of her work, shaping how she helps others reconnect with their physical and mental resilience.

Calm, precise and results oriented, Gemma helps guests sweat, reset and leave stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally.

“Going through cancer stripped life back to what really matters. It taught me that true strength isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about slowing down, healing properly and learning to trust yourself again. At Unplugged, I want people to feel that same sense of grounding and renewal, to find balance and to leave feeling whole.”
